Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service to accommodate other clients.

No-Shows: Repeated no-shows without notice may require a deposit for future bookings.

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Service prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking or service.

Non-Refundable Policy: All services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our services, once a service has been completed, we cannot offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your service, you must contact us within 3 days of service completion to address your concerns. Personal Items: Lush Nail Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables secure.
